Custom Family Tree

Custom designed Laser cut family tree.

Frame measures approx 31.5cm (12.4 inches) square and has a depth of 6cm (2.3 inches).

Available in 3mm Veneered ply, Tasmanian Blackwood (the lighter wood pictured) and NSW Jarrah (the darker wood pictured).

You give me the names, and I create it all, send you a proof and you approve and I will cut it out with the laser cutter.

You can have immediate family, or grandkids, or fur babies, up to you! up to 20 names can be included.

Please list the names in the order you would like them, listing any details of positioning etc so that I can design it to your specifications.

These trees are made to order, custom pieces, they take approximately 2 hours to cut plus the design time, so we want to get it right! :D

Customisation

I have created templates of my tree with up to 20 names on it, I use a font to start the names but I have to hand edit each name to allow for joining and readability etc.

Please list the names you wish on your tree in the order that you would like them to appear, add any notes with preferences.

Once I have finished creating the image to send to the laser printer I will email you a proof for approval, once approved I cannot make any changes and the tree will be cut

Shipping

All Family Trees will be shipped from the 1st of November. The packaging required to ship them appropriately will not be in my hands until the last week of October.

Shipping within Australia is included in the price of the tree, however there is a surcharge of $49 to ship to other countries ($15 to New Zealand) with an understanding that there may be further charges depending on location (or refund of overcharge).

I WILL NOT cut your tree until you confirm whether that cost is ok or not, and you have the opportunity to decline and I will refund in full.

Care Instructions

Your Tree will come firmly placed in its frame, the frames are acrylic and they have a glass front, we will do our utmost best to package these in such a way that they come to you in good condition, but please let me know as soon as you get it if there is any issues.

Whilst your tree can be removed from the frame, please be aware that the names are cut fairly fine, and you need to handle the tree with utmost care whilst it is out of the frame, it is your responsibility if you remove that tree from the frame for any damages incurred.
