Shipping policy

Each set of items has its own shipping setup, however, especially International shipping is tricky!  Please check each product listing and your checkout to assess whether the shipping seems right, feel free to reach out to trouble shoot any issues with shipping with me!

Family Trees are free for shipping within Australia, $49aud surcharge for international, certain items can be added on free to the family trees if they will not impact the weight and safety of the tree, again, reach out if you think your shipping is too high!

Due to the customised nature of most of the products in the shop, it may be up to two weeks before your item is actually shipped, we also only go to the post office twice or three times a week, you will be advised when your item ships and if you have any concerns, again, reach out! always happy to troubleshoot!
